WHAT can be returned?
MXO has a strict 30 days returns policy, we will happliy exchange or refund items for return if you feel you purchase was not suitable or does not fit

All Apparel must be returned in original packaging and have ZERO signs of blemish, wear or usage. If you are fitting on a helmet please make sure that you have no make up on as to not mark the liner if it needs to be returned, We will not accept if this is the case

All Electrical Components have a 3 month warranty, Any components that fail within this period and are not fitted by a qualified Auto Electrician will void thier warrantly

HOW do customers return items?
Please use Auspost for all returns, items returned for exchange must be paid for by the purchasing customer, we will not be responsibly for freight costs regarding a change of mind or wrong size ordered.


CREDIT for returns?
Refunds will be processed via the customers original payment option, Refunds can take up to 5 days to process once item has arrived back into our warehouse

Packing materials?
We take the upmost care in packaging all orders correctly and safely as to avoid damage in transit
